Founded in 2006, Gwanggyo CBIS.K employs around 30 teaching staff to teach about 200 preschool/kindergarten students. Our high quality, play-based preschool/kindergarten program runs from March to February and is designed to promote healthy growth and development throughout a child’s early years. Students at CBIS.K are Korean children, between the ages of 3 to 6, learning preschool/kindergarten curriculum in English. CBIS.K follows the curriculum and teaching methods of British Columbia, Canada and encourages creativity, imagination, language, literacy, confidence and independence in our students.
Our program begins in March, a new school year in Korea and we recruit about 8-10 new teachers every year. We are currently looking to hire teachers who have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
Teaching in Korea will be a life changing experience for the graduates of your school as they embark on a voyage and immerse themselves in the rich culture of Korea.
